Becky Goodall, P&G Northern Europe honoured in The 2015 Power Part Time List

Becky Goodall, Commercial Operations & Beauty Director, Northern Europe, Procter & Gamble (P&G) has been named in the 2015 Power Part Time List: a national roll call of the UK’s top 50 men and women who work in senior, business-critical roles, all on less than five days per week.

The 2015 Power Part Time List - now in its fourth year - is compiled annually byTimewise co-founders Karen Mattison MBE and Emma Stewart MBE, to create more role models, debunk the myth than you cannot work a top level job on a part time basis and change the conversation from what is perceived as impossible when working flexibly, to what is possible.

Becky’s career at P&G began in 2002 and she is currently responsible for leading P&G’s entire category management capability alongside the commercial planning of the P&G beauty portfolio, which includes world-famous brands such as Olay and Max Factor. Her role covers six European markets and she oversees 250 employees across category management, in-store execution and beauty. An authentic leader, Becky supports recruitment, learning and development across the wider business and is a sought-after mentor. During Becky’s career at P&G she has led numerous successful businesses across different categories. She adjusted her working pattern following the birth of her son
