Gillette Launches Latest Razor Featuring New FlexBall Technology

Gillette® the world’s leading male grooming brand announces the highly anticipated launch of their innovative Gillette® Fusion ProGlide with NEW FlexBall Technology

P&G’s industry leading grooming brand Gillette® is introducing its new ground breaking Gillette® Fusion ProGlide with NEW FlexBall Technology.

Gillette® has an impressive track record of breakthrough product innovation and investing in big launches in this sector and the highly anticipated NEW Gillette® Fusion ProGlide with new cutting edge FlexBall Technology is expected to follow in the footsteps of Mach 3, Fusion, and Fusion ProGlide as one of the biggest FMCG launches in the UK.

The new Flexball Technology is engineered to give noticeably smoother skin in a single stroke. The razor combines the very finest Gillette® blades – Fusion ProGlide – with an advanced handle (featuring the breakthrough Flex-Ball™ technology) that allows the razor to pivot in multiple directions over the contours of the face. 

Gillette® is supporting the launch with an extensive marketing campaign for the NEW Gillette® Fusion ProGlide that will further enhance the brands already strong positioning in the grooming category. A nationwide TV advertising campaign will go live from today and this will be supported by broad national print advertising, a comprehensive digital and social media program, and an interactive ‘Station Domination’ event, scheduled for 20th February at London Waterloo and Liverpool Street stations.

Also, launching today is Gillette® NEW 2-in-1 Shave Gel Plus Skincare. This innovative new formulation provides both shave gel and skin care in one product as well as a revolutionary upgrade in packaging that means no mess, no rust and no guessing for the consumer. Gillette® is confident that by combining these ground-breaking new products (Gillette® Fusion ProGlide with NEW FlexBall Technology and the NEW 2-in-1 Shave Gel Plus) the consumer will be guaranteed an outstanding shaving experience.
